"Rage" is done

My June page for Bead Journal Project is done. This has been a learning experience for me. I used this page as some serious therapy to rid myself of some anger and frustration. I wasn't sure it would work, but it did. These colors are an unusual selection for me, but they seemed to express my feelings. Who knows what next month will bring.

Arline, this is awesome.
Your colors are so fiery that I can see why you would use them for rage.
Its wonderful.
I am going to add you to my growing list of bloggers to follow so I don't miss any of your work.
Happy 4th,
Sunni

You just can't know how MUCH I love this piece. Don't we all just want to let out the rage sometimes? Your piece not only lets your rage out, but mine too! Thank you!!!!

Thank you Sunni and Robin. This has been a new experience for me to put so many feelings into a piece. Well worth it, though.

ops, forse l'ho fatto adesso? grazie Arline, spero tu possa capirmi.

It is so amazing to see the emotions that these pages are allowing us to reveal.
Funny though, I love those colors, it felt a little happy to me!

Love the colors and the therapy is evident and certainly works on the viewer too.

Arline, I like it -- it reminds me of arms and fists. Good emotional connections there, but abstracted. I can't wait to see your upcoming pieces too. 8-)

Wow!! What a dynamic bead design! Rage doesn't seem so scary when it looks like this. I might have to try that. Thanks for sharing.

It looks very hot but not explosively so. All those rounded curves smooth (soothe?) it out a bit. Looks like you've put a road through the desert landscape. Where are you going? I like it, really.

The first thing that comes to my mind is the old cliche. "You're beautiful when you're angry!" You really captured the power of rage, and also let there be a some of beauty there, and even flowers. It's such an expressive piece. Can't wait for July.

Your colours are wonderful! I especially like how you've used the dark beads for containment and definition.

I guess I am not seeing rage when I see this, I just see colors and beads nicely put together. It gives me a warm feeling actually, maybe latent rage! Anyway great piece.

July is looking pretty interesting too.

I see you are a doll artist too. I have to ask do you know Michelle Meinhold?

Yes, I know Nancy M. Isn't her work great?

Michelle's work is wonderful. Her dolls and her beadwork.

I should stay off too, other than lots of yard work, I have spent most of my day on the computer today, need to get back to beading!
