Blossoms in the Snow

I just finished my February page. It was originally to be for December, but it just didn't fit somehow. I like it much better for February. You will note I restrained myself and didn't bead every square inch on this one. It just didn't call for it. I am still working on December and January, but am making progress. I'll have some pics up soon. My chum Arther(itis) seems to be taking a vacation at the moment so I'm doing all the beading I can. Wonder if it's because I'm retired now?

I'm finally beginning to feel like a human being again. Still coughing, but that always seems to hang on forever, doesn't it? All things considered, I'm in a pretty good place right now. Guess I'd better get back to the beads.

So glad to hear you're having a chance to bead without arthritus pain, Arline!!! And, good for you that you allowed yourself to do this piece with minimal beading. I agree... wouldn't know where to put another bead on it. Also agree that it's a lovely piece for February. You'll be all caught up soon! Blessings...

Lovely piece, Arline -- your colors and beading are wonderful. Keep on truckin', young lady!

Arline, I hope with time you will keep feeling better! Your page is very spring and does fit Feburary. I hope to at least have some crocus here soon.

Glad to hear you're feeling better, Arline. I just got over the flu myself and it's awful feeling sick. Your page is just lovely. I love the colors and the hopeful feeling it gives that spring is on its way.

Turned out really nice again. Looks like she's ready for spring.

Who knows, maybe retiring has helped. Stress can cause a whole array of problems. At any rate, it's always nice to have a reprieve.
